The event is completely free to Trine students and the general public. The only form of payment that is required to attend the event is if you would like a T-Shirt. All proceeds from the event including donations and T-shirts will be given to the Breast Cancer Research Fund.
ALSO, please do keep in mind that the event is a COLOR walk/run! So if you do not want to purchase
t-shirt for the event make sure you wear something white to participate in the fun!!!
Below you will find a Health Sciences Association 5K registration form as well as a 5K - Registration Form if you want a T-Shirt you must fill out the first form below which will prompt you to choose your shirt size, make a donation (besides the general $15 donation for a t-shirt), and choose a form of payment.
If you just want to participate in the event which is free but without receiving a T-Shirt that form is Health Sciences Association 5K registration. If you would like to attend the event but do not want to receive a T-Shirt but would like to make a donation that will be given to the Breast Cancer research form that can be found on the donation tab of this website.

If you would like to print out and fill out either of these forms prior to race day and bring them with you that would be greatly appreciated! Every participant will have to complete a waiver form regardless of online registration status!
If you complete any form of electronic registration you will not have to fill out the paper registration form on race day! Furthermore, if you want a T-Shirt you must fill out the corresponding registration form above!
