The Lonely Oak Cottage is a perfect place for peaceful farm retreat, close to the nature and faraway from stress of everyday life. Depending on the sezon we undertake various farm duties e.g. honey harvesting, feeding animals or cleaning - our Guests are welcome to tak part where possible. The property is a lovely renovation of the original farmhouse, built of local timber and recently redecorated throughout. The house provides spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests: there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 5 beds. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and downstairs there is a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and the dining/sitting room.

We are a small family business. Our passion is bees, chickens and rabbits. We love peaceful life on the farm. Richard - same as his dad is a bee keeper and Christine takes care of everyone. On the farm you can try premium honey from our bees, organic eggs from our chickens or traditional homemade bread... we also keep bunnies and children love playing with them...

The are has got a lot to offer - beautiful nature; unspoiled lakes and forests creates magical surrounding for perfect holidays off the beaten tracks... Our farmhouse gives you great opportunity to enjoy many activities, for example:- trips to lakes, hills and, forests to enjoy hiking or just chilling out, horse riding, kayaking or mountain biking, fishing, ski slopes (winter), wakeboarding (summer), adventure parks, water sports- diving in Hańcza lake (deepest lake in the country), paint-balling, minigolf.... and many many more...

Our recipe for great holiday is very simple: comfortable bed, peaceful mind and lots of laughter. It is also worth highlighting: you can look after our rabbits and dog Pirat, access sauna, set up camp fire or use playground... You are welcome to assist our bee keeper with daily activities - honey harvesting, inspections etc. Our farm is a great place to explore local Wigry National Park or Suwałki Landscape Park..

We love pets! Suitable pets are welcome subject to T&C and booking agreement. Please remember The Lonely Oak Cottage is located on the active farm. There are farm animals living here: pigeons, chickens, bees or rabbits and they are let loos often, There are also wild animals in the area coming close to the cottage - therefore Visitors are required to respect the livestock as well as the wildlife.

We offer the following facilities and equipment:

– 3 x double rooms (1 on ground floor and 2 on first floor)

– 3 x comfortable king size beds (160cm x 200cm)

– 2 x single beds (180cm x 50cm)

– 2 x en suite bathrooms (rooms upstairs) & 1 x bathroom (master bedroom)

– Kitchen with fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave and set of dishes

Also: TV, washing machine, covered terrace, place for a bonfire, BBQ - charcoal (buy your own coal), parking, mosquito nets, water from the mains, bed linen and pillowcases (note: towels are not included), playground, toaster, coffee express (manual).

Our discounted rates are: 410 zł for the whole cottage per night (up to 8 people).

We offer 10% discount when you book 7 night and more: 2584 zł for the whole cottage for a week.

Local tourism tax is charged at arrival and paid to local authorities.

The price of accommodation for a pet (e.g. a dog) is 50 PLN per stay.
