DSC or Digital Signature is a physical signature in an electronic format. Digital Signatures are used in India for online transactions such as Filing Annual Return, Company or LLP Incorporation, Income Tax E-Filing, E-Tenders, etc. There are 3 types of Digital Signatures, Class I, Class II and Class III Digital Signatures. Class I Digital Signature is used for securing email communications. Class II digital signature is utilized for company registrations, IT Return E-filing, Obtaining DIN, DPIN etc. Class III digital signature registration are used for E-tendering and participating in E-Auctions.

AADHAR Card, Latest telephone bill (landline or mobile) or Latest electricity bill or Property Tax / Municipal Corp Receipt Bank Statements signed by the bank

3. Latest photograph 2 photo extra

1. ID Proof (Attested*)

PAN Card or Driving License or Passport or Post Office ID Card or Government ID Card or Copy of Bank AccountPassbook with Attested PhotoGraph

2. Authorization Letter in favour of the certificate applicant from the applicant organization (as per the format attached with the application form)

3. Latest photograph

4. Certified true copy (from Company Secretary / a Director / Partner of the organization) of any one of the following:

Certificate of Incorporation or Memorandum & Articles of Association or Registered Partnership Deed or Valid business license document

5. Certified true copy of any one of the following:

Annual Report or Income Tax Return or Statement of Income or Bank details of the organization
