Systems Immunodynamics Lab

We are systems immunologists exploring complex immune behaviors through scalable modeling to cure immune-related diseases.

Our lab is an interdisciplinary group where we learn from each other to push new frontiers.

Ubiquitous and multiscale organization of the human immune system

The immune system consists of multiple biological layers from genes to cells, to organs, and to organisms with many constituent players in complex interactions across scales. The immune system operates across multiple spatiotemporal scales.

Predictive understanding and control of complex immune behaviors require predictive models based on mathematical/computational languages.

However, there are fundamental challenges in scalable modeling of the immune system with many constituent molecules and cells interacting across scales.
