Submissions

The South Pacific Journal of Philosophy and Culture is primarily meant to offer a forum for discussion of issues and developments which are of relevance to the South Pacific region, and/or are of philosophical interest. We interpret this aim as broadly as possible, and the journal has a distinct interdisciplinary character.  This journal will also consider works of general philosophical interest. Furthermore, we especially encourage submissions by persons who are indigenous to the region. Discussion papers and book reviews are most welcome. 

SPJPC is a refereed journal. Articles and discursive essays of 3,000-5,000 words are preferred. Book reviews should be shorter. We also publish brief notices of events, publications, or organizations likely to be of interest to our readers. Articles, etc. should be submitted by email attachment in MS Word. Stylistic notes for contributors are available here.
