My researches have been focused on star and planet formation processes, especially chemical evolutions from molecular clouds to protostar envelopes, protoplanetary disks, and exoplanetary atmospheres, from both theoretical and observational points of view. 

惑星形成の現場である原始惑星系円盤(および原始星天体・系外惑星大気)の物理・化学構造とその進化を、理論計算と天文観測の手法を用いて幅広く研究しています。
