Students Moving To Another Course/Teacher
[this is all true as of 12.2021] (this really only pertains to students who change to a different section of the same course, since otherwise, It wouldn't really matter)
So you have students that are moving from one Course/Teacher to another one.

Once students make that move, their grades and data/work submissions do not come with them automatically. One thing to consider Is that things can be manually downloaded. If the assignment names match perfectly, I [Kendra] have heard that those grades can be uploaded (see guides below).
Note: I [Kendra] do not have a course of students that feed from PowerSchool to test this. As I learn more in practical application, I will update this.
