Save Our Strays, Inc ~is a registered 501(C)(3) cat rescue where it is our mission to improve the lives of homeless cats through Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate & Return (TNVR) of adult cats & rescuing their kittens, from a life of struggle, on the harsh Pittsburgh streets.
