2. Enter the secondary email address listed on your Roadrunner Email account

3. Click on the continue button

4. If asked, enter the CAPTCHA code

5. Click on “Yes, Text me an account key on email or through SMS”, to receive the text on your alternate email address or associated mobile number.

6. Ensure that logged into your secondary email address account to receive the key or switched on your mobile number.

7. Roadrunner will send a verification key to your alternate email address or associated mobile number

8. Enter the verification key in the desired area

9. Click on verify

10. Now you can select an account

11. You need to reset from the list connected to your email address

12. Click on continue

13. Enter a new and strong password

14. Click on save

15. Once your password is changed sign in using the new password.
