I started yoga as a way to stay active and build balance—physically and mentally. Over time, it became more than just a workout. It became a way to reset, refocus, and stay grounded.
Now I teach classes that combine strength, movement, and breathwork in a way that’s practical and real. Whether you’re new to yoga or already experienced, my goal is simple:
To help you feel better walking out than you did walking in.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, putting in the work, and building something real over time.
Monday: Heated Yoga 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday: Open Level 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Tuesday: Open Level Yoga 11:30am - 12:30pm
Thursday: Open Level Yoga 4:30pm - 5:30pm
