I am Dr. K. Lalitha Priya, As a founder of Priyogam - Online Yoga Studio, included Yoga as a part of my life over a decade, my doing various courses and certificates.
I am likely to be inspire and motivate others, and to create an environment that is supportive, welcoming, and inclusive. I have strong vision for what they want to achieve through their classes, and willing to work hard to make that vision a reality.
I always look forward to deepen my own practice, and to incorporate new ideas and techniques into my classes. I am open-minded and curious, and willing to explore different approaches to yoga in order to find what works best for my students.
