If you want to attend the social dinner, you will have to indicate so in the Registration Form.

Social Dinner Sold Out

Unfortunately, the social dinner is now sold out. We have received many more requests than we anticipated, and we are therefore unable to accommodate any more guests. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are interested in attending the social dinner, you can still indicate so in the registration form. You will be added to the waiting list and we will inform you if a place becomes available.

Please note: If you are registering now for the first time, you don't have to pay for the social dinner. You will only be charged if you are subsequently offered a place and you accept it.

Financial Support

There are limited funds available to partially support junior participants. If you do not have access to any other support, please indicate so in the registration form, send a short CV to poisson2024@gmail.com, and arrange for an endorsement email to be sent from one of your academic references (where they explain why you need financial support). The support will consist in the exemption from the registration fee + a reimbursement of the travel/local expenses up to a maximum of around 300 EUR.

As possible sources of external funding, we point out a few examples.

The European Women in Mathematics (EWM) awards a few grants each year for women mathematicians who are EWM members and are at an early stage of their career or work in a developing country. The grants are meant to (co-)fund travel and/or accommodation for participating and giving a talk at a significant conference in their field. Applications for travel grants are evaluated by a committee twice a year, and should be submitted by the following deadlines: June 1st and December 1st. More information can be found on the dedicated page.

The COST Action CaLISTA awards a few Dissemination Conference Grants and Inclusiveness Target Country (ITC) Conference Grants for mathematicians at an institution in a COST member country, a Near Neighbour Country, or an Inclusiveness Target Country. The grants are meant to provide funding for attending a conference at which the researcher will make a presentation (including poster presentations for ITC grants) on results related to the COST Action themes. The next (4th) call for these grants will concern missions starting after June 1. More information can be found on the dedicated page.
