INRIA is located in the 12th district of Paris. From Charles de Gaulle Airport or Orly Airport, take RER B to station "Châtelet les Halles", change to RER A, stop at station "Gare de Lyon", exit the station and go to 2 rue Simone Iff (10 minute walk).

To be published in the PEMWN 2019 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for submission to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (IEEE, IFIP or ACM member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.
Registration fees include access to all PEMWN 2019 sessions and tutoriels, private access to PEMWN proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and PEMWN gala dinner.
Bank handling charges, if any, must be borne by the applicant.
