This site is to announce the formation of Pale Orb I.K.E., the purpose of which is: (a) tourism enterprises - organization of touristic tours, (b) the management and lease of either owned or leased residences, (c) the management of buildings or residences on the basis of payment or and arrangement , except from properties leased on timeshare, (d) the management and lease of either owned or leased land properties which is not intended to be used for residence, (e) the managemnt of land properties which are not intended to be used for residnce on the basis of payment or an agreement, (f) to act as holding company.

The company operates two short-term rentals in Athens Greece under the name Pale Orb Properties and ownes a Dufour 36 sailing yacht.
