Welcome to the Psychometrics and Individual Differences (PAID) Lab at George Mason University!

Under the direction of Dr. Philseok Lee, the PAID Lab works in the field of industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology. Our research aims to answer the question, "How can we improve the measurement of personnel assessments?" Thus, we focus on advancing research through a multifaceted approach that utilizes cutting-edge psychological measurement models, machine learning, and natural language processing models. Join us as we explore the depths of psychometrics, data science, and individual differences, and contribute valuable insights to the field of organizational psychology. Our research aims to answer "how can we improve measurement of personnel assessments?"
