Additional charge may incur if services such as custom design, custom domain or complex solution is needed. After completed sales, we will transfer all the files to you for self-manage unless you purchase our Form & Website Maintenance Service.

Online Membership Application Form Setup Service
Starting from RM500 One-Time
We will setup your Online Membership Application System for you and the softcopy of the form will be emailed to your mailbox. After completed sales, we will transfer all the files to you for self-manage unless you purchase our Form & Website Maintenance Service. We do offer additional service such as mail/delivering hardcopy form to your office, refer to Form & Website Maintenance Service.
**Note that we will not handle the membership fees for your organization.

You can purchase domain name on your own self or through us. Service fee of RM50 per year will be charge if the domain is purchased with us and we will help you to setup, maintain and renew. Form & Website Maintenance Service (Optional)
Starting from RM300 /year
We will help you to maintain your Website, Domain(if purchased from us) and Google Form. Additional Charge will incur if you require for:
Delivering/mail hardcopy form to your office
Frequently change and update Form and Website details. (Default frequency is once per month)
Changing/Amend Reporting Dashboard/System/Email

How much do I need for a complete Website Setup?
I only need a Website:
You just have to pay our one-time Website Design Service. After that, you can manage/update the website on your own easily.
Note that you will have your website address as: sites.google.com/view/YourOrganizationName
I only need a Website with custom domain (eg: yourorganization.org):
If you have your own custom domain name, we will only charge one-time fee of RM50 for the setup to connect with your website. You just have to pay our one-time Website Design Service + Custom Domain setup.
If you don't have your own custom domain name, service fee of RM50 per year will be charge additionally if the domain is purchased with us and we will help you to setup, maintain and renew the domain. In other words, the fee would be one-time Website Design Service and annual payment of Domain Name Renewal.
I need service to build and maintain my Website:
You just have to pay our one-time Website Design Service and also annual payment of our Form & Website Maintenance Service.
Note that you will have your website address as: sites.google.com/view/YourOrganizationName
I need service to build and maintain my Website with custom domain (eg: yourorganization.org):
If you have your own custom domain name, we will only charge one-time Website Design Service and also annual payment of Form & Website Maintenance Service.
If you don't have the domain name, payment of one-time Website Design Service and also annual payment of Domain Name Renewal+ Form & Website Maintenance Service. We will handle the setup, annual renewal of the domain name for you.
I need additional Service for Online Membership Application:
On top of the Website Design Service + Custom Domain (Optional),
We will charge additional of one-time Online Membership Application Form Setup Service to setup your Online Membership Application and also email delivering the softcopy of the submitter to your mailbox. You can request for additional features such as delivering hardcopy form to your office, Form & Website Maintenance Service if you required support from us. The additional features will be billed annually.
**Note that we will not handle the membership fees for your organization.

You can request for additional features such as delivering hardcopy form to your office, or Form & Website Maintenance Service if you required support from us. The additional features will be billed annually.
