The Northern Rural Chicks are dedicated to empowering women across northern Alberta by building strong connections, sharing resources, and creating opportunities to grow. With deep roots in agriculture, we proudly support women in farming and ranching while welcoming women from all walks of life. From business owners and educators to stay-at-home moms and community leaders, our events create a space where women can learn, lead, and feel supported. Through events like Women’s Day, Farm-Her Artisan Markets, and community workshops, we foster open conversations around mental health, physical wellness, agriculture, and rural life—because empowered women strengthen families, farms, and communities.
