BRICS+ Salvador Summer School

The BRICS+ Salvador Summer School consists of a short-term intensive program, with a total workload of 90 hours, aimed at involving the UFBA community with both national and international students and faculties from BRICS+ countries in activities related to themes and agendas relevant to the platform (such as sustainable development, reforms to the international financial system, multilateralism, among others) and to the Brazilian society (such as foreign policy, political economy, development challenges, etc.), with a focus on the historical, social, and cultural particularities of Bahia.

In this sense, the project will offer participants the opportunity to engage with specialists, researchers, and students from different BRICS+ nationalities, fostering cultural, academic, and scientific exchange, and building collaborative networks between universities, institutions, and the civil society of these countries.
