Hudl: To watch race videos through the season athletes should register themselves on our team Hudl page (hudl.com/jointeam) with the following team code: ylm6vsw.
Pace Card: Swimmers should complete the following spreadsheet to use as a guide to determine their race paces for practice. Once the card is completed print it out and either laminate it or place it in a plastic bag, and have it at practice each day. In order the use the spreadsheet you first must download it and then open it with Microsoft Excel. When you enter your times they should be entered without any punctuation and to the hundredth. For example a goal time of 2:00.5 should be entered as 20050, while a goal time of 31.99 should be entered as 3199.
