Magento 2 Cancel Order by Meetanshi lets customers cancel their orders from the frontend and notifies the admin of the same via an Email.
All Magento 2 stores that intend to sell online are required to have an order cancelation facility so that any customer can, if the need arises, cancel their orders from the storefront itself.
