We create care plans that are completely customized to our client's needs, and our personal care workers are available anywhere from 4 to 12 hours a day, seven days a week and Live-in care.

Hourly services

Designed for clients who benefit from assistance regularly. Personal care workers are available four to twelve hours per day, up to seven days a week.

MartPat Home Care will provide care 24 hours a day/ 7-days a week to help our older adults remain independent in their homes.

We provide non-medical, in-home companion care to seniors, people with disabilities, people recovering from a surgery, illness, or from an injury.

Personal Care Workers assist clients with everyday personal care needs, including bathing, incontinence care,personal hygiene,dressing and more .

Memory Care

Our home caregivers in Connecticut offer specialized memory care that improves the daily lives of seniors with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. They provide engaging activities, structured daily routines, and tailored support to address the specific stressors and struggles of these conditions.

Companion Care

Our companion care service offers meaningful social interaction for seniors experiencing loneliness. It’s estimated that 25% of seniors suffer from social isolation or loneliness which can result in feelings of depression or anxiety. Our caregivers  provide company during meals, engage in conversations, and participate in activities. While including elements of personal care, our primary goal is to enrich daily life through companionship to enhance emotional and social well-being.

Pet Therapy

MartPat LLC offers pet therapy services to bring emotional and physical relief through the companionship of our trained therapy dog, Elah. Known for her safe and friendly interactions, Elah accompanies our pet therapist to provide comfort and companionship right in your loved one’s home. 

Overnight Care

Our overnight care services ensure that seniors receive attentive support during the nighttime hours, helping them feel safe and comfortable. Overnight home care  offers mobility and transportation assistance to avoid falls or accidents during the night. This type of home care is beneficial for seniors suffering from cognitive conditions like Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, where professional care is needed to address mood swings and confusion in the evenings, known as sundowning syndrome. 

Concierge Care

Our concierge care encompasses home care services for Connecticut area seniors to enhance daily living, including accompanying our clients to doctor’s appointments and monitoring and reporting changes in your aging loved one’s condition. Additionally, concierge care involves coordinated communication between your family and our caregiving team. 

Respite Care

Our respite care services offer support in managing everyday household tasks to ease your responsibilities. This allows primary caregivers  to focus on their personal needs while resting assured that their loved ones remain in a safe and nurturing environment. Respite care can be arranged for when family caregivers  go away on vacation or if they just require some time off to relax and recharge.

I wanted to share a bit about myself with you. I got into home care because I realized how important it is to make sure our loved ones are well taken care of. I started off in cleaning services when I came to this country, but then my mother introduced me to being a caregiver, and I fell in love with it. I have over 10 years of experience looking after elderly individuals, and it brings me so much joy to know they are in good hands.

This is the reason behind why I decided to open my own home care business. I wanted to make a positive impact in people's lives and provide them with the care and support they deserve.
