*True Story*

My Experience with the Paranormal

(I'm not claiming the paranormal does or does not exist, I'm just saying this a a story where the events are unexplained.)

I've always been open minded about the paranormal. Hell, since my childhood was lonely, that's how I entertained myself. By playing with "ghosts." Could they have just been a figment of my imagination? Possibly. But this story begins when I moved into the apartment I now live in. We had few things, (we got rid of most of our stuff at our old place,) and we had just got some laundry there. We put it in a basket and set it on my mum's bed, then left. I forgot where we went to, since it's been a while. but when we came back... the laundry was sprawled everywhere. It was all over my mum's room. We made sure nobody has broken in and there was no way our kitten could have done that. Ever since that moment, we have had other small encounters with the other side including: things disappearing, our cats being spooked, and constant pockets of cold air travel the house.

Case File 1

The "Acid Bath" Murderer: John George Haigh

Haigh was an English serial killer. Born in 1906, he was convicted for the murders of six people- even though he admitted to killing nine. He would kill his victims by battery or shooting them, and then bathing the corpses in sulfuric acid for disposal reasons. He would forge his victims names on papers so he could sell their stuff. He was caught by the police due to the fact he didn't understand the "corpus delicti," also known as the law in which a murder trial cannot happen without a body. The police found high levels of sulfuric acid in his bathroom and he was shortly put in police custody. After his trial in 1949, he was sentenced to death by hanging.
