Reunion Centre

Facilities

Originally a project of the Rotary Club, the Reunion Center is now owned by the town of Cardston and managed by Lee Valley Property Management.  It boasts a large indoor gathering area, complete with stage, washrooms, showers, unequipped (bring your own pots, pans, dishes and utensils) kitchen  with 2 gas stoves, fridge, freezer, sink and outdoor griddles and grills connected to natural gas, an outdoor fire pit, playground area and horseshoe pits.  We have acres for tenting, games and gathering.  Lee Creek also borders the property.

Camping at the Reunion Center

Adjacent to the Reunion Centre are 12 fully serviced RV sites (power/water/sewer) with picnic tables.  Any group that has the Centre reserved may also book RV sites that are available at that time.  Tenting is available in the field on the South of the Reunion Centre.

Please Note: If there is a site that was reserved in conjunction with the Reunion Centre reservation, but was not occupied during the time of the reservation, we will still require payment for the rental of all nights of that site. The same cancellation penalties as mentioned on our home page will apply.

Please inform us of any changes to your Reunion Centre sites no less than a week before your reservation. 

Also note that we do utilize the Reunion Centre sites as overflow for when our main campground is full.  Every effort will be made to ensure the Reunion Center booking is not negatively impacted by overflow use. 

Weekday Bookings (minimum 4 hour block)

Weekend Bookings (minimum 2/24 hour periods)

Rates:

24 hour booking -- $260 + GST/day + one time booking fee of $5.25

4 hour booking -- $160 +GST + one time booking fee of $5.25

By the hour -- $50 +GST + one time booking fee of $5.25

We require $50 cash or cheque as a cleaning deposit at the start of your booking. Our staff will provide keys to the building and do a walk through to determine that the building is suitable. At the conclusion of the booking, our staff will meet you and collect the keys.  If the building is in clean pre-rent condition, the deposit will be returned to you. This will ensure a clean building every time.

Due to the daily charge for the Reunion Centre, RV Campsites and Tenting sites attached to the Reunion Centre are offered at a discounted rate when booked as part of the Reunion Centre booking. If booked as overflow, the regular campground rates for RV sites applies ($40)

Fully Serviced RV Site -- $25 + GST + one time booking fee of $5.25

Power/Water -- $20 + GST + one time booking fee of $5.25

Tenting/Non-Serviced -- $ 15 + GST + one time booking fee of $5.25                          

These rates are based on one site per household,

EXAMPLE: A single site may have a trailer and a tent as long as it accommodates those who normally reside in the same household.  Two separate families may not combine a trailer for one and a tent for another on the same site for a one site price.  If in doubt, just ask.
