The SGDWHC offers FREE on-site allyship staff development workshops for organizations focused on delivering culturally competent care and services

The workshop is approximately one-hour and addresses  the following topics: 

• Reducing health disparities among lesbian, bisexual and queer women 

• Overcoming barriers to accessing quality healthcare and social services 

• Action steps to take in promoting inclusive care 

• Promoting best practices in care for lesbian, bisexual, and queer women 

• Building trust to promote disclosure
