Remember that healing is not linear, take your time and forgive yourself and others. Find someone to relax your mind and talk to someone to ask for help.

Learn to take care of yourself by building self-worth, self-confidence, and self-esteem. When you know your worth that is the first step of taking care of yourself because you know that you should not be taken for granted.

Worthiness comes with self-confidence and take that confidence through joy, fun, and liveliness with self-esteem.
