All Participants MUST inquire from their own Country, District, State, Providence or Territory; airport/airlines flying Restrictions to anywhere outside of the Continental USA (Puerto Rico is a United States Territory). Participants are encouraged to use ISED Travel Agent (See Hotel/Flight Info above).

     HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS 

All Participants MUST check airport/airline restrictions to fly & upon hotel check-in. Participants may choose to use ISED Travel Agent for hotel/Flight reservations (See Hotel/Flight Info above).

'ISED' Policies &  Procedures

#1.  All Online, On-Site Registrations: 'NON-REFUNDABLE' (E.g., Family Emergencies, Flight Changes, Health issues, Hotel Cancellations, VISA documents or other Travel circumstances)!

#2. 'ISED' is NOT responsible for any malfunctions of Presenter’s Computer, Internet, or Video Displays during Presentations! In the occurrence of ‘Google Meet’, 'ZOOM' or other platform failures; 'ISED' is NOT liable, No Refunds!

#3. 'ISED' is NOT liable or responsible FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS OF 'ISED' EVENTS!

#4. 'ISED' takes Privacy seriously and DOES NOT distribute any such documents, emails, materials or research without written consent from any Individuals participating in 'ISED' events (Online or Onsite)! 

#5.  Approved Presenters: Educators, Professors, Teachers & International Presenters MUST have Registration Fees, Paid in advance to Present. All accepted students MUST have Student Registration Fees, Paid in advance to Present. All Guests & Participants: MUST be paid registrants to attend scheduled Symposium Events!

#6. 'ISED' is NOT Responsible for any accidents before, during or after Symposium onsite events! Participants MUST locate a nearby medical Clinic Facility or Hospital for direct care!

#7.  All participants and guests attending all Symposium events must be an Adult or University age Student (E.g., Eighteen (18) years of age & older). The Symposium IS NOT responsible for children or minors participating in Symposium events!

#8. All funding from ISED events or textbook royalties & other donations go directly through the organisation for the schools to support with mentorships & materials!
