Who are the Gnomes?

The Gnomes are International Academy Central's Division C Science Olympiad team. We are located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and we compete in invitationals in Michigan and Ohio.

Meet the Coach

Our wonderful Science Olympiad coach is Mr. Brad Davies. Mr Davies teaches IB Chemistry, MYP Chemistry, and Theory of Knowledge at International Academy Okma!

Our Philosophy

We IA Gnomes pride ourselves on a tradition of team spirit, sportsmanship, hard work, dedication, and puns. We focus on strengthening team bonds and cultivating a passion for science as well as having fun and fostering camaraderie amongst teammates.
