Hudson River Sangha

Mindfulness Meditation on the Hudson

Mindfulness meditation is the practice of bringing attention to our present moment experience, observing what is happening without judgment. It is a simple practice that can have a huge impact.

Tracy Cochran is the leader of our group. She has been a student of meditation and spiritual practice for four decades, with a deep interest in how the challenges and obstacles in life can become a way to wisdom. Tracy also teaches at New York Insight Meditation Center, the Rubin Museum of Art, Katonah Yoga, and in corporations, schools, and libraries throughout the New York area. She is an author, and also the editor of Parabola Magazine.

The teachings are offered without a fee. Donations are welcome.
