I have used Kamatera in the past and migrated to Hostinger. Both of them provide good services but I believe Kamatera is geared toward developers whereas Hostinger is great for new bloggers and webmasters.
Kamatera offers live-chat and telephone-based support but they take time to respond. Hostinger, on the other hand, quickly responds and tries to resolve issues asap. They offered me several SSL certificates for free.
