The PROTREK O2O Membership is valid for all online and offline stores under the PROTREK group, including: PROTREK multi-brand stores, PROTREK eshop, Haglöfs concept stores and Black Diamond concept stores.
Eligibility in order to join the membership class. Amount spent is calculated from one purchase or multiple purchases within 3 months for Sapphire and Ruby, or 6 months for Diamond. Ruby and Diamond can be achieved by upgrading from a lower level of membership. A one-time fee of $150 is applied upon entry to Sapphire.
Year-round discounts on all regular-priced and non-fixed price products are applicable to all PROTREK and Haglöfs branch stores.
Spend $1 to earn the respective amount of P Dollar according to membership levels.
Welcome gifts will be sent via email.
A birthday offer in the form of P dollar will be credited in members' account in their birthday month.
Enjoy bonus when achieving certain spending every financial year: money back based on your annual spending at all stores under PROTREK group.
Higher levels of membership are entitled higher priorities of invitation when there are private VIP events.
