• 'Sweet Heat' hot honey - a small kick but doesn't burn your lips off. A hotter hot is coming mid-May .

• 'Golden Ginger' honey - the warmth of ginger swimming in raw local honey.

In addition to raw 'runny' honey we make Spun and Infused honey.

• Spun - Crystallized honey that is whipped into a smooth creamy consistency. Spreadable. Really creamy mouth-feel)

• Infused - organic spices steeped in raw local honey

• Bees - 5 frame deep nucs available end of May.

• Honey Bee Swarm removal - If you find a hive hanging in your apple tree, call or text for pickup.

About the beekeeper...

Pandemic boredom + life-long fear of stinging insects. And now I'm a Beekeeper🐝.
