I am Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Leeds and IZA Research Fellow. I am also affiliated scholar at FCEA, Universidad de la República (Uruguay). 

My research lies at the intersection between labour and organisational economics. I am currently working on the interplay between worker voice and new digital technologies. Other interests include cooperatives, employee ownership, and applications of behavioural economics to labour, organisation, and inequality studies.
