"From Idea to Impact" is an international Training course with partners from 7 countries: Latvia, Italy, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal and Turkiye. The period of 8 days of activities, as well as one day for traveling before and one after, between 19th to 28th of October 2025, 10 days in total. The location of the activities is Jelgava, Latvia. 

The training course aims to bring together 24 youth workers and project managers, all of whom work in the field of non-formal education with young people. 

The main objective of "From idea to impact" is to equip youth workers and project managers with the knowledge, tools and confidence to plan, apply for and successfully manage Erasmus+ projects. Many youth workers have great ideas but struggle to turn them into well-structured and impactful projects. This training will bridge that gap, providing practical experience and practical skills in project planning, budgeting, partnership management, outreach and impact assessment.
