Class: Rock Dojo After-School

Description: The Rock Dojo is an award-winning, introductory-level guitar program designed to teach kids the fundamental skills they need to be successful in music or in life. Based on a rewarding belt system, students begin at the white belt level progressing through five stages of skill and achievement. At each stage of their musical education, students master the skills necessary to play, perform, and compose music on the guitar with confidence.

Class: Yoga Playgrounds

Description: In these fun and active classes kids will stretch and energize their bodies and minds through individual and group poses, mindfulness games and creative relaxation techniques. Packed with playfulness, positivity and fun, these classes give kids the tools they need to manage their behaviors to lead happier, healthier and more peaceful lives.
