Attorney Franks is from West Monroe La and attended Ouachita High School and the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He poured concrete and did woodworking paper mill manufacturing and worked at an antique auction and ran a junkyard. After college Joey was got a job on the Louisiana and Delta Railway and the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railway as a brakeman and engineer. Attorney Franks got into the Mississippi University Law School and graduated with honors in 2014. He was involved in the Moot Court Board Student Bar Association Civil Law Society and was a law librarian. Attorney Franks started The Franks Law Firm in June 2014 and has serviced many clients.
Joey now calls Jackson his hometown and has many hobbies from digital photography to target practice and traveling.
