Google Forms is free survey processing software we now have access to through Temple College.  Use your email to log in (last name first initial last 3 of ID @ templejc.edu).   This would be a great way to keep students engaged in flipped/hybrid classrooms

Google Forms can be used to:

1.  create one quiz/form and use the link into multiple D2L shells 

2.  survey students

3.  create check-in/sign-in/sign-out sheets

4. create entrance/exit tickets and muddiest points activities

5. create formative assessments

Google Forms Committee Use:

1. use as a sign-in sheet

2. use to measure interest or concerns

3. can be anonymous or with names

The following questions can be included:

• Short answer

• Long answer

• Multiple choice

• Checkboxes

• Drop-down menu
