Important Information

• A parent must plan to attend the Beta Convention with their student. 

• Parents are responsible for booking hotel rooms for his/her student, and transportation to/from the convention. 

• Parents are responsible for all costs associated with attending the convention except for the convention registration fee.  

• Competitions will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so please email me ASAP if your child would like to participate in a Beta Competition. E-mail: dficken@duplinschools.net

• Students are responsible for preparing for their competitions.  

• I will handle registering students and guests.  I will not register anyone after November 30, so please let me know if you plan to attend by November 30

• Please Email (dficken@duplinschools.net) me the following information: 

  • Your child's name and the competitions he/she wishes to compete in this year. 

  • Which guest(s) will be attending the beta convention with the student. 

  • Your phone number.
