'Clive Live' Performances

Clive is a Performance Poet and performs his poetry under the banner of ‘Clive Live’. He feels it important to demonstrate how entertaining and accessible poetry can be and feels that this aim has been achieved when members of his audience tell him that they do not consider themselves to be poetry lovers, but love what he does. He uses props with some of his poetry as a way of giving a bit of contextual variety. The audience never know quite what to expect next!

Clive said “Under the banner of ‘Clive Live’ I have performed my poetry at village halls, town halls, church halls, churches, chapels, abbeys, streets, beaches, town squares, piazzas, open-air theatres, cinemas, marquees, barns, cafes, pubs, restaurants, hotels, libraries, schools, gardens, care homes and stately homes. The one thing I think I can safely claim is versatility!”
