Our Consulting Services

Under our Pre-construction Services Agreement we help homeowners understand and manage construction costs during the development and project design phase, before they incur costly design and engineering fees. 

We do this by providing estimates of the costs involved in their project, as well as outlining and identifying the options and grade of materials and methods available, and cost of each. 

We work with clients to develop a clear Scope of Work that matches their desired budget commitment. We also manage and advise how changes and additions during the design and pre-construction process may impact that budget. 

Our goal is to inform, educate, and avoid ugly surprises.
