The workshop consists of both lectures and hands-on-training sessions on how to run corpus analyses, how to build your own corpus, etc. Participants will be taught skills in corpus analysis that are necessary for participants to conduct their own corpus-based research project.

The goal of this workshop is twofold: First, we would like to provide empirically-minded philosophers and cognitive scientists with a new, cutting-edge methodological toolkit. Second, we want to encourage more cross-disciplinary collaboration amongst empirically-minded philosophers, linguists, legal scholars and psychologists.
