Central Massachusetts Conference of Football Officials (CMCFO) serves multiple schools and communities throughout the region. Our members are dedicated professionals who strive to enforce all football rules in accordance with NFHS regulations. We pride ourselves on our deep commitment to safety, fairness, and sportsmanship.

We're looking for individuals that love the sport of football, value the integrity of the game, and want an exciting and lucrative way to give back to the sport and their community. New football officials go through a comprehensive training program, pass a written rules test, receive a seasoned official as a mentor, and have the opportunity to shadow seasoned officials in scrimmage and game settings.
