Our process makes things simple by combining architectural design and construction into one smooth way of getting things done. We handle everything from the beginning, starting with planning and design alongside architects and engineers. Then, we select a general contractor through competitive bidding, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within the budget. We've successfully completed lots of design bid-build projects, and we're great at coordinating everything from small changes to big renovations. Our unique way of working lets us adapt quickly and make sure everything is done just right every step of the way. In the design bid-build method, there are separate contracts for design and construction. First, the owner hires a designer to make plans and descriptions. Then, these plans are put out for bidding by general contractors, who give their cost estimates. Once the owner chooses the best bid, the general contractor makes agreements with other workers and builds based on the designer's plans.
