We provide walk throughs, pictures, written proposals and communication with the companies you serve. The cost for this service is $79 and payment is due on the day of walk through.

We also provide supervisor walk throughs. This provides business to business communication, pictures and an inspection list. This will give the contractor an in person relationship with your clients. This will also limit bad reviews or loss of contracts. The cost for this service is $150 per building.
