Clara Kögel

I am an economist within the Science, Technology, and Innovation Department at the OECD. 

My work focuses on green growth, environmental policy, gender diversity, and firm productivity. 

I received my PhD in Economics from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne under the supervision of Lionel Fontagné (Paris School of Economics, Banque de France) and Agnès Bénassy-Quéré (Paris School of Economics, DG Trésor).
