Charger POMs Coaching Staff
Valerie Lillo, Varsity Head Coach
Coach Valerie grew up in Littleton where she trained at Belliston Academy of Ballet for 7 years and then was a Varsity Pom at Dakota Ridge her senior year. Valerie continued to dance in college at the University of Colorado Boulder where she took ballet classes through the dance program and was on the Verve Collisionz Hip Hop Team. The next few years she was a member and then captain of the Buff Gold Dance Team. They would compete at NDA College Nationals in Daytona Beach each year. Valerie has also taught dance at different facilities and currently dances professionally on the Wild Bunch Dance Team for the Colorado Mammoth, at Ball Arena in Denver. This is Valerie's third season with Chatfield Varsity Poms, and in her free time she likes to travel, do yoga, and hang out with her dog.
Nicole Hanneman, Varsity Coach
Coach Nicole grew up in Littleton where she was on Varsity Poms at Dakota Ridge for 4 years.
Nicole continued dance in theater at Colorado Christian University as well as cheerleading.
This is Nicole's 6th year coaching athletics with Jeffco Public Schools and her 5th year with Chatfield Varsity Poms.
In her free time, Nicole likes to do anything outdoors, especially white water rafting and paddle boarding.
Elizabeth Dominic, Varsity Coach
Coach Elizabeth grew up in Littleton and was on the Dakota Ridge Varsity Pom team for 4 years in high school. She also danced at Little Theater for 11 years. She attended Colorado State University, and now works as a Civil/Structural Engineer. This is Elizabeth’s second year coaching Chatfield Poms. In her free time Elizabeth enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and hanging out with her friends and family.
