Performances

A performance is a dramatization of a historic event. Each performance is allowed to ten minutes. The rule book for each category can be found here with all the requirements.

What to Bring:

Do not assume that props or backgrounds will be available in the performance judging rooms. Students must check with the coordinators for the availability of pianos, microphones and speakers. No equipment will be provided without prior arrangements. Chairs and/or tables may be available, but students should bring their own as back-ups if they are needed for the performance. In addition to your props, you must bring four copies of your process paper and annotated bibliography.

Upon Arrival:

Check the schedule for your special room assignment.

Set-Up: Students will have five minutes to set up and five minutes to break-down and must set up all backdrops and props without help from parents or teachers.
