Tournament Work Sign Up

This page has been created to help you easily sign up for your volunteer hours. The girls will be playing on Saturday, January 28th and the boys on Sunday, January 29th. 2023 Shifts will be available in Sign up Genius soon.

Please sign up for two shifts per player on either Saturday or Sunday or both, whichever works best for you. Feel free to sign up for extra shifts as we will need some of you to do more than two. You will find that this event is a great way to interact with other parents, build new friendships and have a lot of fun. Please do not wait for game schedules for your child before you sign up for shifts. Sign up on the opposite day that your child plays; if that is not possible we will find replacements for you during your shift if you need to step out to watch a game.

We are not able to have any children under 12 years old in the concession area so please keep this in mind when you select your time slot. Sign ups are not limited so if you can pick up more we'd greatly appreciate that!

Please feel free to forward the sign up email to any friends or family that might want to volunteer some of their time. We have many families that include aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas and friends. This tournament is a lot of work, but you'd be surprised at the amount of fun you will have joking, laughing and getting to know new people!
