Notice:The Selection Committees have decided to conduct Written Examination for appointment to the posts of Assistant Teachers in GEOGRAPHY (UP) and SANSKRIT (UP) on 19/10/2025 as per the following schedule. The Admit Cards will reach the eligible candidates shortly. All the candidates are requested to show original Admit Card issued by us & Photo Identity Proof at the entry to the venue. They are also instructed to submit self-attested photocopy of each document at the time of Reporting.

Reporting Time:11:30 A.M. For GEOGRAPHY
Examination Time: 12:00 – 12:40 P.M. For GEOGRAPHY
Reporting Time:1:30 P.M. For SANSKRIT
Examination Time: 2:00 – 2:40 P.M. For SANSKRIT
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE EXAMINEES
1. Candidates must bring their original Admit Cards with one (1) Xerox copy.
2. Keep the original Photo Identity Proof which has been attached with Application Form.
3. Show your Original Admit card & Photo ID Proof at the Venue entrance.
4. Take your seats well before commencement of Examination to avoid stress.
5. Once entered, you would not be allowed to leave the room before completion of Examination, so prepare for that.
6. Candidates should keep only blue/black ball point pens with them for Examination purpose. No other item must not be kept with.
7. Please note the opening of Seal of Question Paper Packet.
8. Any unfair means and/or use of computing – communicating device are to be punished.
9. Hand over the xerox copy of Admit Card duly signed to the Invigilator. Please confirm Invigilator’s signature on the original Admit Card.
10. Sign on the Attendance Sheets.
11. Take the carbon copy of Answer Sheet (White) and Question Paper with you and hand over the original OMR Sheet part (Yellow) to the Invigilator.
12. Don’t disturb or help other examinees in the room.
13. Candidates should not write anything other than specified on the Question Paper and Answer Sheet.
14. Follow the Invigilators’ Instructions and those provided through Website.
15. Keep in touch with the Website for further information.
16. You have to fill the OMR Sheet in a proper way.
17. Answers should be given by shading the appropriate circles by Black/Blue ink only. Incomplete shading and/or any other signage would be treated as no answer. More than one shades/signage would be taken as wrong answer.
18. Full signature of candidate and Invigilator is mandatory on the Question Booklet and OMR Sheet.
N.B.: If any eligible candidate does not get Admit Card, please communicate with venue in-charge half-an-hour before the Reporting Time with a recent passport photo of the candidate.
NOTICE
This is to notify for all concerned that the Preliminary Answer Keys for the subjects Geography (Upper Primary) and Sanskrit (Upper Primary), the written examinations of which were held on 19.10.2025 (today), will be uploaded by midnight today.
Candidates may submit their suggestions or objections from the time of publication up to midnight of 24.10.2025 through our official e-mail ID: bavbatikar@gmail.com

No e-mail containing objections or suggestions will be entertained after midnight of 24.10.2025.
A processing fee of Rs 100 (Rupees One Hundred only) must be paid to the account number mentioned in the advertisement (through online mode only) for each objection submitted.
At the time of submitting objections, the candidate must also mention the reference number of the online payment and attach the payment screenshot separately along with the objection documents.
For each objection, the candidate must attach a single PDF file (maximum 2 MB in size) containing three pages, namely —
The cover page of the authentic book,
The page showing the ISBN number, publication name, and edition year, and
The actual page containing the relevant answer or reference, with the page number clearly visible.
No references or pages from coaching centre materials, general knowledge (GK) books, guidebooks, or sahayikas will be accepted as valid proof in support of any objection or suggestion. Only authentic textbooks or publications from recognized boards, universities, or government-authorized publishers will be considered.
Each candidate must also clearly mention their Name, Address, Contact Number, Subject, Admit No. and the Question Serial Number for which the objection is raised.
After receiving all objections within the stipulated period, they will be examined by the respective subject experts. Any correction, if found valid, will be reflected in the Final Answer Key.
The Final Answer Key will be published on our official website by 27.10.2025.
No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard after the publication of the Final Answer Key.

NOTICE
In our previous notice on 20th October, it was mentioned that the Final Answer Key would be published by 27th October. But we regret to inform that due to certain unavoidable administrative circumstances, there has been a slight delay in the release. The Final Answer Key will be released very soon. All candidates are requested to regularly visit this website for official updates.
