I was born and raised in deep South Texas and first became interested in mathematics after attending a summer math camp at Texas State University.

Outside of math you can often find me participating in organized sports with friends as well as supporting my favorite sports teams: Ohio State Buckeyes, Pittsburgh Penguins, Houston Astros, and Houston Texans. I also love traveling around the world and listening to reggaeton and norteño. Another passion of mine is being involved in mentoring programs in math, especially for those in underrepresented groups.
