HERMES PhD Workshop 2023

The Workshop will take place at the premises of the

Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in 

Athens, 7th & 8th June 2023

We are pleased to invite you to the International Ph.D. Workshop 2023 of the HERMES University Network that will take place in Athens, Greece, on June 7th and 8th, 2023.

The workshop is intended to foster the exchange of ideas and networking among Ph.D. students from different fields. We welcome submissions from Ph.D. students and candidates at any step of their thesis development, offering opportunities to participate in oral or poster sessions according to their advancement. Contributions in any area of statistics, data science, analytics, as well as applied economics and business will be considered.

The meeting will be characterized by informal discussions and exchange of ideas between participants. The number of participants will be limited to about 30 people; participation is by invitation only.

The meeting will be held at the premises of the Athens University of Economics and Business, Department of Statistics.

PhD students are invited to submit their application and abstract here or at hermesphdworkshop@aueb.gr. 

The official language is English. 

The Workshop is free of fees.
